I may not be an Economist, but in my profession as a Mortgage Broker I am inundated and with, and do read most of the economic predictions, forecasts and warnings posted by these brilliant, and sometimes not so brilliant financial experts.
From what I can see it looks like 2020 will be a year of continuing low interest rates, stable to slowly increasing house prices and slow steady growth in most other aspects of our economy. There are no longer any serious predictions of a recession which makes 2020 the PERFECT YEAR to buy a home, sell a home, upgrade, downsize or make an investment in real estate.
